Privacy Policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Alpha Creative Inc. We’re honored to bring your vision to life with high-quality, customized products. By placing an order through our website or any of our platforms, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
NO REFUND / NO RETURN POLICY
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns once a product has been approved, produced, shipped, or received.
- Because all products are custom-made, we cannot offer exceptions.
DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING
- If a product arrives damaged, we offer a reprint — not a refund.
- The customer must submit at least 5 clear images/videos showing the damaged item, packaging, and condition upon arrival.
- Claims must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery. No claims will be accepted after this period.
APPROVAL & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
- We do not begin production until we receive the customer’s written or digital approval of the final design.
- It is 100% the customer’s responsibility to carefully check: Spelling, Colors, Logos, Placement, Sizes and proportions.
- Alpha Creative Inc. is not liable for any error that was approved by the client.
- If a client wishes to reorder due to a previously approved mistake, the full product amount must be paid again.
CREDITS & ADJUSTMENTS
- In the event of an error approved by the client, we may offer:
- – A 15% store credit, or
- – A 100% store credit valid for 6 months, to be used on new purchases.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
DESIGN REVISION
- Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions.
- One revision may include multiple changes, as long as they are submitted at the same time.
- Changes to color, placement, size, or font all count toward the revision limit.
- After the 3rd revision, additional changes will be billed between $15 and $65 per round, depending on complexity.
DESIGN FILES & BRAND KITS
- Design files will not be shared unless the client purchases a Brand Design Package.
- Products ordered through standard production do not include editable design files.
- Only customers who hire our branding services will receive logos in full formats and editable files.
COLOR ACCURACY DISCLAIMER
- All printed and manufactured products will match the digital design within 85% to 90% accuracy.
- Due to screen settings, material texture, lighting, and printing processes, exact color matching is not guaranteed.
- By approving a design, the customer accepts potential variations in the final product.
DELIVERY TIMELINE & SHIPPING
- Production times vary depending on the product and workload. Most orders take between 7 to 15 business days for production.
- Shipping timelines are not controlled by Alpha Creative Inc. and may vary based on your location.
- We use third-party carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Once the product leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost/stolen packages.
- The customer is solely responsible for tracking and receiving the order upon dispatch
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT RESPONSIBILITY
- By submitting a logo or artwork to Alpha Creative Inc., the client confirms that they are the rightful owner or have legal authorization to use it.
- Alpha Creative Inc. is not responsible for any legal claims, copyright violations, or investigations resulting from the unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.
- We reserve the right to deny service if we suspect a copyright infringement.
- All designs created by Alpha Creative Inc. remain our intellectual property unless purchased under a full branding agreement.
PROJECTS DELAYS & CLIENT RESPONSIVENESS
- Any delay in approval or failure to provide necessary materials can affect your project timeline.
- Alpha Creative Inc. will not be held responsible for missed deadlines due to lack of communication, client delays, or external factors.
POLICY AGREEMENT
- By placing an order, you agree to all policies outlined above.
- These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
LANGUAGE UNDERSTANDING DISCLAIMER
- Alpha Creative Inc. is not responsible for any misunderstanding or misinterpretation of these policies due to language barriers. It is the client’s responsibility to request clarification or a translated version before placing any order. By proceeding with a purchase, the client confirms that they fully understand and agree to all terms and conditions, regardless of the language in which they were presented.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of payment and only if production has not started. Once design work or production has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.
DESIGN PROOFS & MOCKUPS
- Digital proofs/mockups are for visualization purposes only. Final products may vary slightly in size, color, placement, or scale. By approving a proof, the client accepts the final production outcome with these tolerances.
ORDER CHANGE POLICY
- Once an order has been approved and submitted to production, no changes can be made. If a change is requested and still possible, a reprocessing fee will apply, starting at $25 depending on the stage of production.
RUSH ORDERS
- Rush orders (less than 5 business days) are subject to availability and may incur a fee starting at $45. Alpha Creative Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by expedited processing constraints.
PORTFOLIO & PROMOTIONAL USE
- Alpha Creative Inc. reserves the right to photograph and publish finished products for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before production.
CLIENT - PROVIDED MATERIALS
- When a client provides their own artwork or materials, Alpha Creative Inc. is not responsible for quality, resolution, or copyright issues. All provided content must be owned or properly licensed by the client.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL U.S.
- Orders shipped outside the continental U.S. may be subject to additional shipping fees and longer delivery times. Alpha Creative Inc. is not responsible for customs delays or import duties.
TRADEMARK USAGE DISCLAIMER
- Alpha Creative Inc. will not verify trademark status of submitted designs. It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that all logos, slogans, or brand elements are not infringing on any registered trademarks.
